The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to help lead the development of our C#/.NET back-end services and React/TypeScript web application while building robust CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a scalable platform that enables advanced analytics and data-driven insights for hotel asset managers.

 

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop back-end services using C# and the .NET ecosystem

• Build and enhance our React/TypeScript web application with modern front-end practices

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with comprehensive automated testing suites

• Develop and optimize data access layers using Entity Framework and PostgreSQL databases

• Architect scalable, secure infrastructure on Azure to support data-intensive operations

• Implement DevOps best practices for deployment, monitoring, and reliability

• Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth SDLC processes

• Optimize application performance for heavy data analysis workloads

• Lead technical documentation and mentor remote development teams

 

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development and DevOps practices

• Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem, including Entity Framework for data access

• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including query optimization and database design

• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks

• Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines (any of: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.)

• Expertise in automated testing frameworks and test-driven development

• Experience with Azure cloud platform services (e.g., Azure App Service, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps, Azure Functions)

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud-native deployment patterns

• Experience with data-intensive applications and performance optimization

• Excellent communication skills for working with distributed teams

 

Bonus Points For

• Experience with hospitality or real estate technology platforms

• Background in data visualization and analytics tools integration

• Familiarity with data processing and analysis

• Experience managing remote contractor teams

• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, ARM Templates, Bicep, or CloudFormation)

• Experience with additional Azure services such as Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Service Bus, or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
